Four Leaf Farm: Organic-fed, pasture-raised chicken. Jose Aguilera grew up with 7 siblings in rural Mexico eating food raised on their farm. At 16 he moved to the U.S., where he noticed that store-bought chicken didn’t taste the same. After decades working in vineyards and farms in the Finger Lakes, Jose decided to make the leap and raise chicken for his family and local community, and Four Leaf Farm was started. Named for the frequency with which he finds four-leaf clovers, with a nod to the chickens’ diet, the chickens are organic-fed and pasture-raised.
